These general terms and conditions govern the use of the website vcagroupe.com and the study abroad support services offered by VCA Groupe SARL, headquartered at Sacré-Cœur 3, Villa 260, Dakar, Senegal. By using our services, you accept these terms.
1. Description of Services
VCA Groupe offers study abroad support services including: university guidance counseling, application file preparation and follow-up, visa application support, housing search assistance, and departure preparation. Our services are detailed on our Pricing page.
2. Registration and Commitment
Registration for VCA Groupe's services is done through our online pre-registration form or directly at our offices. After evaluation of your file, a service agreement is established specifying the included services, applicable fees, and commitments of each party.
3. VCA Groupe's Obligations
VCA Groupe commits to: providing professional and personalized support, respecting file processing timelines, informing the student of their file's progress, and advising honestly about chances of success. VCA Groupe is bound by an obligation of means, not results, regarding obtaining admission or a visa.
4. Student's Obligations
The student commits to: providing accurate and complete information, submitting required documents within specified deadlines, paying service fees according to the agreed schedule, and informing VCA Groupe of any changes in their situation. Any false declaration may result in cancellation of services without refund.
5. Pricing and Payments
Our service fees are displayed on our Pricing page and may be modified at any time. Applicable fees are those in effect at the time of contract signing. Payment is made according to the schedule defined in the service agreement. Tuition fees, visa fees, and other institution-related costs are not included in our fees.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation by the student before file processing begins, a partial refund is possible according to contract terms. No refund is granted once files have been submitted to universities or consular authorities. In case of visa refusal, VCA Groupe may offer a new attempt according to contract terms.
7. Liability
VCA Groupe cannot be held responsible for: admission decisions made by universities, visa decisions made by consular authorities, delays attributable to institutions or administrations, or any force majeure event. Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on vcagroupe.com (text, images, logos, design) is the property of VCA Groupe and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or use is prohibited.
9. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data as described in that policy.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Senegalese law. In case of dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution before referring to the competent courts of Dakar.
